Fraser Health and Simon Fraser University in the development of a 7 session public focused, educational workshop series on drug addiction.

 Initiated City-wide forms-compliance review and began the implementation of the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) Compliance Policy to assist the City in ensuring compliance and minimizing unsolicited commercial electronic messages (CEM) as well as reducing electronic threats, like phishing, malware and spyware;  In terms of Corporate Records, registered and processed over 3300 pieces of incoming correspondence, 1300 boxes of records moved to off- site, 450 files retrieved from offsite, 800 boxes retrieved and 817 boxes destroyed;  Managed and processed 104 Public Hearing Items, including the drafting of over 300 bylaws, and mail-out of 205 Public Hearing Notices to over 31,000 properties;
