including the implementation of an Advanced Threat Detection system;  In partnership with Shaw Communications Inc., the City successfully augmented services to provide city-wide, industry-leading Wi- Fi at libraries, recreation centres, arenas, pools, parks, civic buildings and public spaces at over 45 locations.  Implemented annual stewardship replacement actions to proactively safeguard the stability, security, supportability and performance of the City’s mission critical computing platforms, enabling the City to be agile and highly responsive to opportunities  Supported business units in their delivery of next generation business applications and modernized infrastructure to enable their innovative successes including:  Tempest Tax & Utility Billing system Upgrade ;  Unit 4 Agresso Financial Management System upgrade;  Class PRC business system Upgrade;  ArcGIS and Cityworks Upgrade;  Theatre Manager PCI and CASL;  Cemetery Management Upgrade;  POSSE Bylaws, Licensing and Enforcement system Enhancement; and  Integrated IBM Watson technology into MySurrey App.  Created and conducted two training sessions for staff in understanding insurance and its impact on contractual relationships, providing staff with better understanding of ensuring the City does not pay for incidents caused by contractors;  Improved compliance with legislation and the City’s ability to identify and mitigate cyber security risks through enhancements to the City’s Cyber Security Risk Assessment Process  New Traffic Management Centre;  Enterprise Content Management initiatives; offered by rapidly evolving technological advancements;
