FUTURE INITIATIVES

ECONOMIC  Streamline Human Resources services to reduce cost and improve accuracy.

SOCIO-CULTURAL  Support diversity awareness and inclusiveness;  Remain a top employer;  Further reduce workplace accidents;  Increase community outreach initiatives to educate the community on opportunities within the City of Surrey and to support workforce development; ENVIRONMENTAL  Support alternate meeting technologies;  Support workplace waste reduction initiatives; and

 Automate additional business processes to reduce paper.

 Engage in partnerships with Educational Institutes around Co-op, Practicum and Internship programs; and  Increase employee information sessions, lunch and learns, and workshops to broaden awareness around wellness.
