 Continue to work with the Regional Administrator Advisory Committee and BC Emergency Health Services to establish pilot projects in relation to alternative more efficient approach for Fire Services and Ambulance Services involvement in responding to medical emergencies in Surrey;  Continue to restructure the fire inspection process to move from prescriptive inspections to risk-based inspections;

 HOPE-4 health screening research Initiative Pilot project will start in Q1 2016; and  Implement FDM records management software version 13.1 upgrade internally and for dispatch client base. In addition leverage upgrade to deploy mobile inspection units.
