Leisure Access Program The City of Surrey encourages all City residents to participate fully in leisure services and activities. The Leisure Access Program provides an opportunity for City residents in financial need to participate in Parks, Recreation and Culture activities at a very low cost. To qualify for the program applicants must be City of Surrey residents and must meet income limits. NEW ONLINE PROGRAM REGISTRATION SYSTEM COMING

In 2019, we’re switching to a new online program registration system that will do everything the current system does and more. Once we launch expect easier navigation and searching, automatic email notifications, advance sign-up for drop-in classes, and the ability to use gift cards for recreation… all from your home computer or mobile device.
