Addiction Medicine and Substance Use Services
Rapid Access to Addiction Care Clinic Provides walk-in, low-barrier, and responsive care to patients with substance use concerns with an aim of assessment, initial stabilization and transition to community-based clinics and services. The Rapid Access to Addiction Care ("RAAC") clinic accepts walk-ins and self-referrals, as well as referrals from community providers, doctors, nurses and social workers. Appropriate RAAC clinic referrals include patients seeking assessment and management of substance use concerns. Substances can include but are not limited to alcohol, benzodiazepines, nicotine, stimulants (cocaine, crystal methampheta mine) and opioids.
Virtual Health Addictions Clinic The Virtual Health Addictions Clinic (“VHAC”) provides virtual in-reach to hospitals for addiction medicine support and discharge facilitation for admitted patients requiring management of their opioid use disorder. Quibble Creek Opioid Agonist Treatment Clinic Quibble Opioid Agonist Treatment (“OAT”) services provide individuals diagnosed with opioid use disorder with longitudinal, comprehensive care including treatment using medications like buprenorphine/ naloxone (Suboxone), methadone, and oral morphine (Kadian). OAT services also facilitate connections to other health care services and community supports (e.g., primary care, counselling etc.). 102 -13670 94A Avenue Surrey, BC V3V 1N1 604-580-4965 Surrey Substance Use Counselling Services Surrey Substance Use Services provides counselling support to individuals who have substance use needs. This is a voluntary service, and persons are able to self-refer to the program, including during drop-in hours. This service supports residents of Surrey, 19 years or older, concerned about their substance use or the substance use of a loved one (services for youth are provided by Pacific Community

Roshni Clinic Roshni Clinic is a supportive adult (19+ years) program for persons of the South Asian community. It addresses problems associated with alcohol and drug use. Services are provided in English, Punjabi and Hindi by health care providers who specialize in substance use disorders and are open to all those who self-identify as South Asian.
