EDUCATION & CULTURE

• Strengthen staff skills and confidence through training in project management, continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence; and

Improve access to internal information and resources by modernizing the City’s employee intranet to better support staff in delivering City services.

ECOSYSTEMS

• Conducting an assessment study of up to 15 recreation facilities for energy modelling to identify opportunities to reduce environmental impacts and operating costs.

INCLUSION

• Human Resources will continue to advance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (“DEI”) initiatives by embedding inclusive practices across recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and workplace culture; and • Successfully deliver the 2026 General Local Election by planning, coordinating, and executing all required electoral activities in compliance with legislative requirements and established procedures.

• Improve how staff time and schedules are managed by establishing a reliable workforce management foundation that supports accurate planning, responsible use of staff resources, and consistent delivery of City services to residents; and • Modernize the City’s financial systems by advancing the transition to a cloud-based platform, improving system reliability and supporting well managed financial operations.
