CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY • Publish the 2025 Annual Financial Report, meeting all legislated and PSAB standards and requirements; • Lead a taskforce to explore and recommend initiatives focused on improving the process of registering secondary suite units and ensuring the registration of existing units throughout the City; and • Continue enhancement of financial dashboards to improve insights and decision-making by integrating data, streamlining processes, and adding interactive features for better usability and transparency; • Collaborate with IT to develop D3M dashboards for accounts receivable and sureties to enhance visibility and decision-making in treasury management; and

Procure and implement a financial software solution to assist with automation of financial reports and streamlining of financial processes.

Continue to find opportunities for collaborative procurements by simplifying and standardizing similar requirements to achieve value for money for various departments in the City.
