Completed a comprehensive condition assessment of all sanitary sewer pump stations to support long-term sustainable service delivery; and
Participated in the Infrastructure Benchmarking Initiative for a second year to better understand service levels trends and share data with other Canadian cities.

EDUCATION & CULTURE
• Continued to educate homeowners on the need to correct cross-connections on private property to prevent stormwater and groundwater from entering the sewers.
BUILT ENVIRONMENT & NEIGHBOURHOODS
• Undertook local sewer replacement in Robson and Birdland areas to provide long term reliable sewers for the next generation of homes; • Supported and planned for the introduction of Small Scale Multi-Unit
• Continued the sewer relining program to provide a cost-effective way to rehabilitate sewers with minimal disturbance to communities; and • Maintained an ongoing sewer odour and management program to measure and assess local impacts in neighbourhoods.

FUTURE INITIATIVES, GOALS & OBJECTIVES
BUILT ENVIRONMENT & NEIGHBOURHOODS
Work regionally with Metro Vancouver and the GVS&DD on a new servicing strategy for the Fraser Sewerage Area; Evaluate professional reliance opportunities to improve timelines on sewer analysis requirements; and
Update the servicing plans for Darts Hill and Redwood NCP to reflect current and planned infrastructure efficiencies.
