2026 - 2030 Surrey Financial Plan
ORGANIZATIONAL GOVERNANCE
EXAMPLES OF HOW STRATEGIC PLANS TIE INTO SERVICE DELIVERY PLANS The City develops and maintains plans and strategies on a wide range of issues and subjects to provide focused policy in various aspects of community development. These plans and strategies contain policies and action recommendations that may implement the general direction of the draft Official Community Plan (“Surrey 2050”) in a more detailed manner, while also informing decision-making across the City. Surrey's Financial Plan works in conjunction with the Official Community Plan by allocating the City's financial resources in support of Official Community Plan directives.
