April 1 - June 24 11am-3pm Saturday Darts Hill Garden Saturday Strolls 1633 170 Street Drop In, By donation | 604-501-5050 Stroll through this “plantsman’s” garden every Saturday this spring. Admire the blooming rhododendrons, azaleas and unique trees growing here. Purchase plants on the third Saturday of each month. No pets. Limited wheelchair access with gravel paths and moderate inclines. April 8 Saturday 10am-12noon Family Easter Egg Hunt Bridgeview Community Centre Easter themed games and crafts followed by an Easter egg hunt for children 10 and under. There will be photo opportunities with a special guest! All ages Join us for an interactive, healthy and fun-filled day designed for those who are expecting their first baby and children up to the age of 6. Activities include play areas, demonstrations, children’s performers, creative areas, community partners and more! April 15 Saturday 1pm-4pm Easter Fair Surrey Museum All ages, by donation Meet Easter cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, and of course, bunnies, as you visit with local animal rescue organizations. Hop around the galleries April 15 Saturday 11am-3pm Old-Fashioned Easter Historic Stewart Farm All ages Practice your bunny hop at our annual Easter extravaganza. Little ones will have their face painted, make rabbit ears and compete in Bunny Olympics. Then hunt for brightly coloured eggs hidden throughout the farm. on an Easter egg scavenger hunt, spring into crafts and games, and get hands-on in the Kids Gallery. April 22 Saturday Annual Vaisakhi Parade Marking the New Year, every April, millions of Sikhs world-wide celebrate Vaisakhi Day. Considered one of the most important festivals in the Sikh calendar, parades celebrating the event are held in Sikh communities around the world.

20th Annual | April 22 – June 11 Earth Day to World Oceans Day | 604-501-5050 Celebrate Earth Day and help beautify our community! Participate in Clean Sweep Week by organizing your own clean-up or drop-in to a Partners in Parks event. Visit for information, dates and locations. April 26 Wednesday 6-8:30pm Adult Open House Join us for this fun and social event for adults 19 and up! Mingle over snacks and refreshments as you learn about our programs and services, play games and listen to music. End the night with an aquatic or land fitness session of your choice. Celebrate with us this spring as the Surrey Environmental Extravaganza turns 20! This award-winning collection of environmental events and programs are all FREE and are held throughout the City. Look for the Event Guide in early April – with over 100 events and programs there is something for everyone. We look forward to celebrating with you!

April 22 Saturday 10am-7pm Earth Day - Celebrate at City Hall Plaza | 13450 104 Avenue The City of Surrey is a leader in Sustainability and will host a Party for the Planet, the biggest Earth Day celebration in BC. Party for the Planet is a day intended to inspire awareness for the Earth’s natural environment and Surrey has a lot to be inspired by. This event will bring over 20,000 people to Surrey to celebrate and be educated on all things green.

Celebrate Arbor Day by planting trees to help grow Surrey’s urban forest! Join us for family fun including kids’ activities, live music, educational displays, and tree planting of course! Rain or shine.
