Knowing what to do when a disaster strikes will help you better control the situation and be in a position to recover more quickly. Learn 4 steps: • how to minimize hazards in the home • what supplies are needed • what to do during and after an emergency • how to evacuate or shelter-in-place Go to www.surrey.ca/sep for information about preparing your family for a disaster. All attendees will be entered into a draw for one family emergency preparedness kit (supplies a family of 4). The courses are free, a light refreshment will be provided, and registration is required.
