COMMUNITY TREASURES My Disney World Surrey Museum On display February 7 - May 14 M-I-C-K-E Y… hum along with us! We’ve invited the local Disney fan club to share the Disney-branded items in their collections. From toys and games to movies and clothing, this small exhibit explores the wonderful world of Mickey and friends. Canada Is… Historic Stewart Farm On display April 22 - September 4 We’re more than maple syrup and moose. We go beyond beavers and hockey sticks. Share what it means to be Canadian at this celebration of 150 years of Canuck culture. Photos and objects from the community and the Surrey Museum and Archives will explore what it means to be a Canadian today and tomorrow.

Get up close and personal with BC’s marine creatures as the Vancouver Aquarium brings their touch tubs to the Museum. Make some waves as you create crafty ocean creatures and snack on seaweed. Sheep to Shawl Competition
ROLL BACK THE YEARS AT SURREY ARCHIVES
Cheer on local teams as flying fingers spin and ply sheep’s wool into yarn, then weave a beautiful shawl, all in four hours. Watch real sheep being sheared, try weaving and spinning yourself, and make woolly crafts with your kids. Saturday, May 6 10:30am-4:00pm All ages, by donation
