CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY

 Implement Labour Scheduling to simplify staff scheduling and provide up-to-date information on scheduling resources across multiple locations in the City;  Launching new Employee Portal with single sign on for City staff to access City applications anywhere, anytime, and from any device;  Maximize return on investment portfolio while adhering to all governing policies and legislation;  Prepare and publish financial statements garnering an unqualified audit opinion and address all audit findings;

 Conduct special audits as directed by the Senior Management Team, Audit Committee, and City Manager;  Provide expert internal audit services to other municipalities;  Take proactive measures to ensure City systems have accurate and complete financial information;  Assess and implement enhanced reporting, dash boarding and analytical abilities to enable modernized data driven decision capabilities to assist business areas in meeting City objectives; and  Invest in new authentication technologies to provide an enhanced and secure experience to remote and mobile City staff;
