CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY

 Build and implement programs and processes to support the four employment pillars of:  Hiring the Best Talent;  Creating a First Class Applicant Experience;  Administrative Excellence; and  Diversity and Outreach.  Expand and optimize PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality;  Launch new Employment brand and re-communicate City Values;

 Build and implement City Essentials training program;  Conclude cohort #2 of the Emerging Leaders Program and conduct intake of Cohort #3;  Implement City-wide Occupational Health and Safety Plans; and  Implement an action plan to prevent soft tissue injuries.
