 Effectively respond to calls for service;  Reduce crime;  Enhance crime reduction strategies;  Reduce the incidence and impact of domestic violence;  Enhance the safety of vulnerable persons;  Enhance road safety;  Enhance communication of key messages regarding policing and public safety issues;  Enhance outreach and foster dialogue throughout the community;  Promote positive interactions with the public and increase community involvement in police programs and partnership;

 Develop and expand community safety programs;

 Ensure operational readiness;  Increase training and career development;
