ECONOMIC PROSPERITY & LIVELIHOODS

• Develop cash-in-lieu for parking and transportation demand management options for future rapid transit corridors.

BUILT ENVIRONMENT & NEIGHBOURHOODS

• Develop occupancy-based policy for changes in parking regulations and Metering; • Update Parking Ratio requirements and TDM options for Rapid Transit Corridors to support increased transit ridership; and • Implement the East Clayton queuing street pilot to increase parking supply for the community.
