Birding Walks Discover Surrey’s birds on a guided tour led by a local naturalist. Improve your identification skills and find answers to your birding questions! Rain or shine. Please dress for the weather and bring a pair of binoculars if you have them (we will have some to lend out). These walks are for all ages. 9am-11am Hi-Knoll Park 19569 Colebrook Rd Scan the air for flying swallows and other birds while explore grassy meadows, swampy marshes, and a wooded area. Meet at the parking lot on the north side of Colebrook Rd. 9am-11am Blackie Spit Park 3136 McBride Ave Look for ducks, shorebirds and more while enjoying amazing views of Boundary Bay. Meet at the gravel parking lot at the north end of McBride Ave. SerpentineWildlife Management Area 14246 44 Ave Walk along the grassy dyke trails while scanning the open water for migrating waterfowl.
