Our certified personal trainers can create a personalized workout plan to help you reach your goals and provide the motivation you need. A fee will be charged for lost locker keys.
Health, Safety & Security
Respect Others Share the equipment and avoid occupying areas for extended periods. 30-minute time limit on equipment when others are waiting. Set cellular phones to silent mode. When making or receiving a call, step outside the fitness centre. For the respect and comfort of all participants, no recording video or pictures in fitness centres. Use headphones when listening to music or watching videos on your device. Avoid wearing strongly scented products. Chalk is not permitted. Swearing, disrespectful language, or behaviour will not be tolerated. Education Use equipment only for its intended use. Injuries may result from improper use. Ask our weight room staff for
This facility follows all public health orders and City direction related to public health. To avoid tripping hazards, ensure that all items are properly stored in designated areas. Appropriate gym attire must be worn at all times, including clean, athletic shoes. No open toed or open heeled footwear. Leave your valuables at home.The City is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Sanitize your equipment before and after use. Water allowed. No food or other drinks. Bring your own nonbreakable water bottle with secure lid. Avoid dropping weights. Lift and lower the weights with care. Always use attachments when using cable equipment. Use collars for weight plates. Return equipment (weights, plates and attachments) to their proper racks and stands after use. Report any facility or equipment concerns to staff immediately. Do not attempt to repair or use. Review the PAR-Q+ and seek medical clearance, if needed.

Fitness Centre Orientations Certified staff are happy to provide information on the layout and safe operation of our equipment to get you started on your fitness journey. Orientations are free.
