October Saturday Halloween Fun Various Locations and Times

October 31 Saturday 10am–12pm Halloween in the Urban Forest Clayton Park 18513 70 Avenue surrey.ca/releaf Help create habitat for bats, owls and other wildlife! All ages are invited to plant native trees and shrubs, wear a costume, and enjoy some Halloween themed fun. Come ready to get dirty.

November 21 & 22 12pm–8pm Surrey Tree Lighting Festival Surrey Civic Plaza surreytreelighting.ca This event continues to impress attendees each year. The festival has expanded to include spectacular light installations, a holiday market, a dance stage, DJs, food trucks, and activities for all ages. There’s magic around every corner, perfect for family photos, holiday memories, and a little seasonal awe. November 28 Saturday 12pm–4pm Indigenous Christmas Market Totest Aleng: Indigenous Learning House Do your holiday shopping while supporting a local Indigenous business! Coordinated by Joan Williams, this market offers hand crafted goods, including jewellery, natural soaps and lotions and art. Do onsite activities and crafts too!

December 5 Saturday 10am–4pm stalew Craft Fair Museum of Surrey Browse a wide selection of local vendors selling handmade items perfect for your Christmas list. CLOVERDALE 1 Session $0 December 12 – January 3 Winter Ice Palace Cloverdale Arena $5.25 per person | $3.75 skate rentals $2 helmet rentals The arena will be transformed into a winter wonderland with festive lights, decorations and music. Holiday fun for the whole family! Private rentals available. Clayton Community Centre Celebrate the holiday season

with your neighbours at this free community event filled with festive fun, connection, and holiday cheer!

Join us for a ticketed screening of the cult-classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show in an interactive, high-energy atmosphere. Costumes, callbacks, and audience participation are strongly encouraged! October 31 Saturday 2pm–4pm Spooky Skate South Surrey Arena Trick-or-Skate! Put on your costume and join us for a spooky afternoon on the ice. The arena will turn into a haunted rink with orange lights, creepy music, Halloween decorations and candy handed out during the skate.

December 5 Saturday 4pm–7pm Victorian Christmas Evening Historic Stewart Farm Step inside the rustically decorated farmhouse. Enjoy live harp music in the parlour as you snack on woodstove baked treats. Make a homemade lantern and then venture outside to snap a photo with Father Christmas in the pole barn.

November 20 & 21 Screen Connects Surrey Clayton Community Centre

Calling all artists on both sides of the camera! Save the date to share your vision and voice for the future of Surrey's film community! Admission is free. Capacity is limited.
