UTILITIES OPERATING OVERVIEW

The City of Surrey operates 7 public utilities:  Drainage  Parking  Roads & Traffic Safety  Sewer  Solid Waste  Surrey City Energy  Water

The utilities operate under their respective Council approved fiscal policies. The proposed budgets for the utilities reflect the strategic directions and initiatives identified in their 10-Year Servicing Plans. The approved 2020 budgets are intended to improve the results of the various financial indicators defined under each utility’s goals.
