Expand on-line service capabilities through the MySurrey Portal. Implement efficiencies to reduce processing times for tenant improvement building permits. Create and embed a comprehensive community engagement model. Prioritize the attraction & approval of new employment-generating development. Complete Personal Development Plan (PDP) training across the organization. Create an organizational mental health strategy.
