Father’s Day Open House Historic Stewart Farm Show dad some fun this Father’s Day as you hop aboard Pacific Trackless Trains and take a tour of the scenic grounds. Take in the Greater Vancouver Garden Railway Club’s large scale train display, make a craft, grab coffee on the verandah and settle in for a family picnic. Sunday, June 17 11:00am-3:00pm All ages A pioneer spin on Canada Day! Bring your noisemakers for a callithumpian parade celebrating Canadian pride. Take in live music as you sample the food truck and watch the kids get their faces painted. Kick it old school with Surrey’s own Re-enactors, win prizes in classic Victorian lawn competitions, and enjoy a fun day at the park. Events Afterschool Adventures Join Museum staff at the Cloverdale library for free drop—in themed activities. Each session includes snacks, stories crafts and more. 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month 3:30pm-4:30pm Celebrate your Scottish heritage on National Tartan Day. Sample traditional Scottish treats, learn about the Stewart’s family history and test your knowledge at the “Which Tartan is Which?” table.
