Unwin Park  13313 68 Avenue Unwin Park is a large community park covering over 14.5 hectares (36 acres). If you enjoy sports, Unwin Park has baseball diamonds, a batting cage, cricket fields, soccer fields, lacrosse

boxes, and a basketball court. Kids will love the outdoor pool, new water park, and playground. Bring a picnic! We’ve got picnic shelters as well available on a first-come, first-served basis.

NEWTON RECREATION CENTRE 13730 72 Avenue 604-501-5540 Newton Recreation Centre, formerly known as the Newton Wave Pool is open seven days a week and offers free parking, child minding services, free Wi-Fi and is conveniently located next to the Newton bus loop. This facility contains the only Olympic sized mat room in all of Surrey’s recreation centres for sport specific training in wrestling, karate and kabaddi. This fully accessible facility offers registered and drop-in programs for everyone in the community from preschool to seniors.

NEWTON SENIORS' CENTRE 13775 70 Avenue 604-501-5010 The Newton Seniors' Centre is a multi-purpose facility with a dedicated Senior’s lounge, cafeteria, auditorium with stage, fitness & wellness areas, multi-purpose & activity rooms, a computer lab and billiards room. Open six days a week, this fully accessible facility has free parking, free Wi-Fi and offers a variety of registered and drop-in programs for everyone in the community from preschool to seniors.
