Surrey has: 1 Metro Centre, 6 Urban Centres and 5 FTDAs. These have been identified and designated in accordance withTable 3 of Metro 2050. See RCS Map 2

Our growth framework and policies support the regional targets for population and employment growth in Metro Centre, Urban Centres and Frequent Transit Development Areas.

As shown in RCSTable 2: •
