9.2 Additional Zones

Public facilities and additional uses permitted within all zones as per the general provisions of the Zoning Bylaw are considered consistent with all designations.

Additional zones existing in the Zoning Bylaw that are unlisted in the land use designations’ Implementing Zones, may be considered complementary to the designation’s intent.This will be evaluated on a site-specific basis. These zones include RMM, RM-70, CTA, CPR, CPM, AI, CG1, CG2, RMS1, RMS1A, RMS2, CCR, RC, PA1, PA2, and PI.
