I’m running for the Office of Councillor as an Independent. Since the age of 6, I have lived in Surrey and attended both elementary and high school in Fleetwood. In my lifetime I’ve seen Surrey grow and expand from a small city to a major one within the Lower Mainland. This growth and expansion calls for a change in how we govern the city. Therefore I propose to bring about a ward system that will create a

more balanced representation of Surrey’s six town centres. In turn, this will better address the needs and concerns of each area. I’m also a strong advocate for a local police force so that we can better attend to the needs of our growing community. If you want to see real change, vote for it. Get involved. Every voice matters, and it’s up to us to take responsibility for the place we call home.
