Learn Standard First Aid Knowing the fundamentals of first aid is an important skill for everyone, including parents, teachers, caregivers, employees and volunteers. With the City of Surrey’s comprehensive Standard First Aid course, in one weekend you will learn the basics from emergency prevention to effective response methods including how to safely administer CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator). Taught by experienced, certified instructors, courses meet the federal and provincial requirements for Standard First Aid and CPR. No previous experience required. Courses offered throughout the City.
