Learn to Play Hockey for Women This program is designed for women only and focuses on basic Power Skating, stick handling and puck control skills. Whether you are looking to add skills to your existing game or are learning the sport, our coaches will offer ideas and methods to improve your balance, technique, strength and knowledge of the game.
