Our passes provide unlimited, citywide access to drop-in activities at our pools, arenas, gymnasiums and fitness centres. Whether you’re a beginner or a regular visitor, we have a variety of pass options to suit your needs. Our annual and monthly pass offers great value for families or those ready to commit to an active lifestyle. Alternatively, our single visit and 5, 10, or 20 visit swipe pass provides an opportunity to try us out if you are new to our facilities or just getting started with a fitness program. CREDIT CARD INFORMATION: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept cash, debit card and Electronic Funds transfer if registering in person at any recreation facility. PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL FEES: There is a $15 withdrawal fee for most programs if you withdraw within seven days of the program’s start date. Certain third-party operators who run activities may have different cancellation policies. Exceptions apply. Learn more surrey.ca/reghelp . PRIVACY POLICY: Personal information is collected for the purposes of administering recreation and culture programs. The City of Surrey is collecting this information under s.26 (c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. ERRORS & OMISSIONS: We’ve done our best to ensure that information provided in this guide is accurate and complete. Should there be a discrepancy, information provided by our customer service representative will be deemed accurate. 5. Do not close your browser any time once in the virtual waiting room (between 8:45pm and 8:59pm), or you will lose your place in line. 6. Join the waitlist. If we have a cancellation, then we will call those on the waitlist in the order that they joined. 2. Families who register online need one MySurrey account . All adults in the same household must use the same credentials to sign in. 3. Ensure you are using Chrome as your browser. 4. Log into your MySurrey account between 8:45pm–8:59pm to enter the virtual waiting room. There is no benefit to logging in earlier than 15 minutes before registration opens. If you log in earlier, refresh the page after 8:45pm to enter the virtual waiting room. While we recommend using the tips below, we cannot guarantee that you will secure a spot. Before Registration Day 1. Plan ahead, browse offered programs on the broad or focused search at surrey.ca/register or in the digital guide and make notes of the course IDs for quicker searching on registration day. 2. Check your MySurrey account information is correct and up-to-date. Add or remove family members by calling 604-501-5100 or emailing PRCCustomerService@surrey.ca with names, birth dates, and phone numbers of all family members. 3. Do not create a new MySurrey account if you previously had a recreation account and can’t remember the email associated with it. Call 604-501-5100 and we will help you find your original account. 4. Securely store credit card info on file to avoid entering it each time. On Registration Day 1. Booking online is faster compared to phoning.

The RECREATION PASSCARD is mandatory at all facilities for drop-in activities and is free of charge. For details visit surrey.ca/passes .

Leisure Access Program If you are in financial need, you might qualify for Surrey’s Leisure Access Program. With the Leisure Access Program, you can join Surrey recreation activities for 75% off, or in some cases, free. The City of Surrey encourages all city residents to participate fully in leisure services and activities. Language translation services are available for free if you have any questions about the Leisure Access program and would like answers in another language. To qualify for the program applicants must be City of Surrey residents and meet program requirements. More information is available at surrey.ca/LeisureAccess or LeisureAccessProgram@surrey.ca .
