With specific categories generally organized as follows:  Low Density Multiple Residential (includes Duplexes, Townhouses, etc.)  Multiple Residential/Mixed-Use/Commercial  Retail/Commercial Centres  Mixed Employment (includes Industrial, Business)  Low-Rise (6 storeys or less), Mid-Rise (7-12 storeys) and High-Rise (more than 12 storeys) (illustr.)
