IMPLEMENTATION INSTRUMENTS Supplementary Design Guidelines Design guidelines included in the Development Permit Form and Character Guidelines of this Official Community Plan may be supplemented by additional design guidelines established in Secondary Plans, including, but not limited to, Neighbourhood Concept Plans, Town Centre Plans and Local Area Plans. The Guidelines documents referenced in this Section are to be applied to development in addition to the Development Permit Guidelines established within this Official Community Plan.
