DP1 DEVELOPMENT PERMIT GUIDELINES: FORM AND CHARACTER The Form and Character Development Permit Guidelines apply to all areas of the city. DP1.1: COMMON GUIDELINES— are provided for ALL TYPES and, where applicable, additional guidelines also apply to the following specific development classifications:

DP1.2: GAS STATION GUIDELINES— are provided for both Residential and Commer- cial Areas. Where a certain development type is not specifically covered in this Section, applicable guidelines should be combined and used collectively. Guidelines within this section may be further explained using graphic images which are indicated with the “ (illustr.) ” notation.
