DP1.2 GAS STATION

BL 18787

Use landscaping to avoid the impact of reflected light from the canopy, signs and car head lamps onto adjacent sites. 27. Diffuse lighting, focused toward the inside of the site, should be used to minimize the glare towards adjacent properties. 28. One free standing sign per lot frontage will be permitted on the site and must be integrated with landscaping. The sign should be designed as a feature and incorporate materials and forms used in other structures on site. (illustr.)
