DEVELOPMENT CONSIDERATIONS FOR RURAL: Lot Sizes:  Lots in RURAL designated areas are gener- ally restricted to a minimum of 0.8 hectares (2 acres) or larger, in size.

Rural The RURAL designation is intended to support low-density residential uses and public facili- ties on large properties that are not serviced by sanitary sewers and are not expected to be serviced in the foreseeable future.
