A Tangled Thicket April 22–June 6, 2025 Z·inc Artist Collective (Claire Moore, Willa Downing, Lesley Garratt, Cora Li-Leger) are united by a profound passion for community, craft, natural materials, and ecological consciousness. Across painting and handcrafted installations, each artist expounds upon the complicated interconnection between nature and the human mind, and how they are embedded within and shaped by each other. ARTS 2025 May 3–July 27, 2025 A collaborative initiative between the Gallery and the Arts Council of Surrey for over four decades, this exhibition showcases the variety of artistic talents across the Lower Mainland in five categories: 1) painting; 2) drawing, mixed media and printmaking on paper; 3) sculpture and fibre art; 4) photography; and 5) digital, performative, and new media art.
Engage with contemporary art through changing exhibitions, permanent artworks, and events like talks, tours, and artmaking days with friends and family. Surrey Art Gallery is a contemporary art museum that specializes in digital art. Since 1975, more than 10 000 local, national, and international artists have shown their work here. We also offer art classes for all ages and skill levels so you can explore your creative side. There’s something for everyone! Admission is free.
