To Register Online If you already have one, sign into your MySurrey account with your email address and password. If you don’t have a MySurrey Account, create one when you register. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CURRENT RECREATION CUSTOMERS: the email address you use when you create your MySurrey account MUST MATCH the email you used for your recreation account or a duplicate MySurrey account will be created. New System, New Features! • Simplified sign in – no more Client ID or Family PIN numbers to remember • Search for courses by facility, days of the week, keyword, age group or activity • Register for programs on the go using your mobile device • Sign up one day in advance for ALL drop-in programs • Automated notifications for reminders, cancellations and wait-lists • Store emergency contact information and important medical information for your family members • Add registered programs to your electronic calendar • Use gift cards for recreation CREDIT CARD INFORMATION: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept cash, debit card and Electronic Funds transfer if registering in person at any recreation facility. PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL FEES: If you withdraw from a registered program within seven days of the program starting you will now be charged withdrawal fees based on the value of the program. Go to surrey.ca/recreation, then select Admissions and Passes for more details. PRIVACY POLICY: Personal information is collected for the purposes of administering recreation and culture programs. The City of Surrey is collecting this information under s.26 (c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Leisure Access Program The City of Surrey encourages all City residents to participate fully in leisure services and activities. The Leisure Access Program provides an opportunity for City residents in financial need to participate in Parks, Recreation and Culture activities at a very low cost. To qualify for the program applicants must be City of Surrey residents and must meet income limits. Make payments using automatic debit or credit card. Skip the lineup and buy your annual, monthly or swipe passes online.
