GROUP FITNESS
We offer a variety of group fitness and wellness classes for every ability. Whether you’re new to fitness classes or looking for a challenge, we have a class to fit your needs. Classes vary by facility and are open to participants 13 years and older. FITNESS CENTRE Our state-of-the-art fitness centres are equipped with an assortment of the latest cardio and weight equipment. Look online for a detailed list at your local facility. Check the online schedules to see what is offered this season.
NO TIME FOR A REGISTERED PROGRAM? JUST DROP-IN! Find our drop in schedules online for fitness, aquatics, gymnasium, arenas, youth and seniors activities. We recommend early sign up for our more popular programs to guarantee your spot.

Cardio time limits are in effect whenever others are waiting.
This facility follows all public health orders and City direction related to public health. Avoid placing bags or belongings on the floor. Wear proper sport footwear. No sandals or open toe shoes. Leave your valuables at home.The City is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Limited open cubbies available. Sanitize your equipment before and after use. No food allowed. Bring your own non-breakable water bottle with secure lid. Avoid dropping weights. Use collars for free weights. Return weights and plates to their proper racks and stands after use. Report any facility or equipment
Turn cellular phones to silent mode; step outside the fitness centre to talk on your phone. Do not take pictures or recordings of people. No swearing or disrespectful language. To meet your music preference, bring your own. Use of amplified music players is not permitted. Avoid wearing perfume or cologne. Chalk is not permitted.

Personal Training Just getting started or want to upgrade your fitness? Our certified personal trainers can create a personalized workout plan to help you reach your goals and provide the motivation you need. Single Semi-Private Initial Consultation (90 minutes) $ 92.75 $ 92.75 (per person) Ongoing Sessions (1 hour) $ 61.75 $ 92.75 (per group) 5 Swipe Pass (for the price of 4) $ 246.50 $ 370.50 (per group) Completion of the ParQ+ medical screening form is required before personal training sessions begin. 24 hour advance notification is required to cancel or re-schedule training sessions. Minimum age 13 years (ID required) for fitness centre entry. Consult your doctor prior to beginning a fitness program. The City of Surrey¬ is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. A fee will be charged for lost locker keys.
Ask our weight room staff for assistance and instruction on equipment use or exercises. Request an orientation session if you are new to the weight room.
