Search for EITHER drop-in activities OR recurring programs. Select multiple activities, locations, and ages. Choose to hide course descriptions if showing a long list of programs. Register for programs online from any device. Store emergency contacts, health & allergy information, and credit card info safely and securely. View and track your payment history. Renew memberships online. Redeem gift cards online to pay for programs. Receive automated notifications for reminders, cancellations and wait lists. Add registered programs to your electronic calendar. For Smoother & Faster Registration: Use Chrome as your browser or courses may not show up properly. It is faster to book online at surrey.ca/register vs. calling by phone. Prior to registration opening, existing customers should login to Have course page open and refresh your browser right when registration opens (system will NOT automatically refresh when registration opens). Select courses for all family members first, then pay for all courses at once. Keep credit card information securely stored on file to avoid having to enter it for each transaction. Join the waitlist. If we have a cancellation, we will call those on the waitlist in the order received. AVOID CREATING DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS Please contact our call centre at 604-501-5100 to add family members. their MySurrey account first, then select your course(s). For new customers, create a MySurrey account prior to registration day. CREDIT CARD INFORMATION: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept cash, debit card and Electronic Funds transfer if registering in person at any recreation facility. PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL FEES: If you withdraw from a registered program within seven days of the program starting you will now be charged withdrawal fees based on the value of the program. Certain courses are operated by third party operators. Withdrawal policies may differ. For more details go to surrey.ca/register, then select Admissions and Passes. Leisure Access Program If you are in financial need, you might qualify for Surrey’s Leisure Access Program. With the Leisure Access Program, you can join Surrey recreation activities for 75% off, or in some cases, free.The City of Surrey encourages all city residents to participate fully in leisure services and activities. Language translation services are available for free if you have any questions about the Leisure Access program and would like answers in another language.
