We’re flexible! Choose dates, times and locations that work for you and pick your favourite type of camp to volunteer at! Options include sports, arts, drama, dance or science camps. Day Camp volunteers must be 14 years or older, attend a mandatory training session and make a minimum one-week commitment. Need more info?

Important INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

Medical Information Forms We encourage parents to securely store important health and contact information online in your recreation account for each child registered. Doing this once, saves time and effort for parents, particularly if registered in multiple camps. Log in using your MySurrey account email and password. If you prefer, you can still fill in a paper Medical Disclosure and Consent form and bring the form to the first day of camp. Forms are available at all camp locations. Please notify your camp supervisor if your child: has medical or physical conditions has extra support in school uses prescribed and nonprescribed medication including an inhaler or EpiPen (must include a note from doctor for nonprescribed medication).

Pick-UpTimes Please ensure that you are aware of pick-up times. In case of late pick-up, please inform your town centre. Indicate on the Medical Disclosure and Consent form if your child (7 years and older) has permission to leave camp unaccompanied. Persons listed on your authorized pick-up list may be asked to provide identification at pick-up.
