SUMMER Day Camps

Medical Information Forms We encourage parents to securely store important health and contact information online in your recreation account for each child registered. Doing this once, saves time and effort for parents, particularly if registered in multiple camps. Log in using Important INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

Pick-UpTimes Please ensure that you are aware of pick-up times. In case of late pick-up, please inform your town centre. Indicate on the Medical Disclosure and Consent form if your child (7 years and older) has permission to leave camp unaccompanied. Persons listed on your authorized pick-up list may be asked to provide identification at pick-up.

Financial Support & Information Financial Assistance is available through Child Care Subsidies for licensed programs: www.gov.bc.ca/childcare. Our extended programs may be eligible for additional subsidy. Contact your local recreation centre for more details.

Adapted Camps ONE TO ONE SUPPORT IN SUMMER DAY CAMPS If a participant with a disability requires support to be safe and successful in camp, please register in our “One to One support for camps – children” to apply. Support spots are available the week of July 10 through the week of August 21. Choose up to two weeks of support. Support is not guaranteed and is on a first come first served basis. Please do not register for the camp as our team will contact you with further steps. Chosen camp(s) will determine the cost of registration. Registration for support in camps opens Sunday, April 23 at 9pm. Requests will not be accepted prior to this date. Email inclusion@surrey.ca with any questions.

One to One Camp Support - Children

Summer Fun One to One Youth with disabilities requiring recreational level one to one support will enjoy daily activities in the community, visit local attractions and more. WHALLEY 5 Sessions $160.75 13–18yrs

Youth on the Move Adapted

Youth with disabilities will enjoy daily activities, visit local attractions, nature trails and more. Shared staff support provided in a 1:3 ratio.
