RegistrationTips While we recommend using the tips below, we cannot guarantee that you will secure a spot. Ensure you are using Chrome as your browser. Booking online vs. phone is faster. For courses that fill quickly, we recommend logging into your MySurrey account prior to registration opening, then selecting your course(s). Have course page open when registration opens. Refresh your browser right when registration opens. System will not automatically refresh. Select courses for all family members first, then pay for all courses at once. Securely store credit card information on file to avoid entering it each time. Join the waitlist. If we have a cancellation, then we will call those on the waitlist in the order that they joined. AVOID CREATING DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS Families who register online should create just one My Surrey account. All adults in the same household should use the same credentials to sign in. Call 604-501-5100 if you: • Have previously had a recreation account and can’t remember the email associated with it. • Need to add a family member to your account. CREDIT CARD INFORMATION: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept cash, debit card and Electronic Funds transfer if registering in person at any recreation facility. PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL FEES: If you withdraw from a registered program within seven days of the program starting you will now be charged withdrawal fees based on the value of the program. Certain courses are operated by third party operators. Withdrawal policies may differ. For more details go to surrey.ca/register, then select Admissions and Passes.
