The City of Surrey is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible city, where people have barrier-free access to services and a sense of belonging. We have developed an Accessibility Action Plan to help guide the enhancement of services, programs, facilities, and resources, making them more accessible to all. What we will do > Make sure everyone can use our services, programs, and spaces. > Create an inclusive space for everyone, including visitors and workers with disabilities. How we will do it > Offer clear information and services that everyone can easily understand. > Design our buildings and spaces to be user-friendly for everyone. > Support our employees in assisting you effectively. > Follow guidelines and use tools to create an inclusive and helpful environment.
