Reduce top-heavy structure and support officers so their work does not feel in vain. Encourage a "not in this area" patrol mentality so criminals stop feeling like it's a free-for-all with no consequences. Find ways to keep up morale when courts fail

Remain with the rcmp.

Remove the secrecy surrounding the creation of this police force. The RCMP do a good job but need additional personnel. This is a pointless and expensive exercise and opens the door to increased criminal activity.
