SKATING LESSONS

Skating - Preschool Level 2-3 Sign up your preschooler to build on the basics of ice skating. Skills taught include standing on one foot, two-foot gliding, making snow with skates, and backwards walking. CSA-certified helmet required*. Skate and helmet rentals available. Skating - Preschool Level 1 This is a parent participation class. Each skater must have an adult with them on the ice. Ice grips and a helmet for the supporting adult will be provided. CSA-CERTIFIED HELMETS ARE MANDATORY FOR ICE SKATING LESSONS

*All city of Surrey Learn to Skate and Hockey program participants are required to wear a CSA approved hockey helmet or snowboard helmet.This includes parents in parent participation classes. Helmets are mandatory for all children 12 and under during public sessions. All participants 13 years and older are strongly recommended to wear a CSA helmet while on the ice during public sessions.

PRIVATE SKATE LESSONS Looking to improve on a specific skill or gain general knowledge and comfort? Get more time on the ice with one- on-one instruction in a private lesson. Online registration will open every Sunday at 9pm for the following week of classes. For more information contact the Arena's at 604-501-5881. 1 session $36.40
