Artworks in this group exhibition speak to the short and long stories of traditions, rituals, and politics related to hair. Artists offer personal reflections, celebrations, and revelations on how hair binds cultural and symbolic importance: through themes such as the sacred, acts of resistance, wisdom, religion, human rights, and freedom. Celebrate our winter exhibitions on Friday, February 9, 2024, with a panel discussion and poetry performance.
