ECONOMIC Streamline Human Resources services to reduce cost and improve accuracy.
SOCIO-CULTURAL Support diversity awareness and inclusiveness; Remain a top employer; Further reduce workplace accidents; Increase community outreach initiatives to educate the community on opportunities within the City of Surrey and to support workforce development; ENVIRONMENTAL Support alternate meeting technologies; Support workplace waste reduction initiatives; and
Automate additional business processes to reduce paper.
Engage in partnerships with Educational Institutes around Co-op, Practicum and Internship programs; and Increase employee information sessions, lunch and learns, and workshops to broaden awareness around wellness.
