• Implement year one programming of the award-winning UrbanScreen at Surrey Civic Plaza to showcase digital and interactive art after dark in City Centre; and •

Implement priority recommendations of the Surrey Music Strategy to continue to amplify opportunities, including hosting a “Let’s Hear It Live” Road to the Junos Music event at Surrey Civic Plaza, and programming micro-music events in Spring-Summer 2025.
