Indigenous Primary Health and Wellness Home

Through a partnership between Fraser Health and the First Nations Health Authority, the Indigenous Primary Health and Wellness Home provides a range of services to address physical, mental and social needs, as well as spiritual wellness using a wellness "circle of care" approach.

The Indigenous Primary Health and Wellness Home provides services for First Nations, Métis, and Inuit individuals and families at two urban locations:

Surrey Mental Health and Substance Use

Surrey Mental Health and Substance Use Centre Offers a range of self-referral services that provide support for people 19+ years of age who are experiencing mental illness and substance use problems in the community. Services include assessment, treatment, individual and group therapy, referrals to supportive housing, residential programs and community support services, transition of care between services, older adult programs, crisis intervention and peer support.

Early Psychosis Intervention

The Early Psychosis Intervention (“EPI”) program aims to reduce the severity of psychosis experienced by individuals across BC by providing comprehensive treatment to those experiencing early signs of psychosis within three days of symptom onset. It is a specialized health care service that provides the best assistance available to young people who have recently developed psychosis.
