Owls in the Park June 7, 11am-1pm Discover owls of many different shapes and sizes and their owl-mazing adaptations from a knowledgeable park interpreter. Green Timbers Open Forest June 7, 12-4pm Experience the wonder of Surrey’s largest urban forest! ‘Peek’ into the lake, get to know forest plants and animals through fun activities and relaxing nature walks, and grab a free Green Timbers tote (while supplies last). BC Trails Day raises awareness about responsible use of and care for our trails and provides opportunities to enjoy our trails and outdoor spaces. Celebrate by listening to forest songs, breathing fresh air, and seeing nature close-up on a guided nature trail walk. Walks are accessible. Drop in at either 10am or 1pm.
